What To Do After You Make A Sale

The Card Marketplace recommends using Pirate Ship to create online shipping labels. Very easy to use and great discounts.

Make sure you ONLY SHIP to the shipping address in the PayPal transaction. Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information when checking out via PayPal.

We recommend adding a signature required to any packages that are $250+. You, the seller are liable for ensuring the package arrives safely to the buyer, and this greatly increases the chance of that happening.

After you make a label and create a tracking number, send that tracking number to the buyer on the site as soon as possible.

The Card Marketplace recommends using 2 large cardboard pieces, larger than the card itself, to protect cards in shipping (put the card in between them). After that, wrap it in bubble wrap. We recommend only using boxes to ship cards out. You can buy a 11 x 7.5 x 5.5 box for less than a dollar at Walmart. Yellow bubble mailers are riskier, as they get crushed more often.

The Card Marketplace is not responsible for any errors related to shipping. Please contact PayPal at last resort with any issues with your order, as they have buyer & seller protection built in (we are just the middleman). We monitor all transactions and will act against any users who ruin the integrity of the site; but can't guarantee no issues will occur with your order (Terms and Services: Section 7.9).
